Shared Links - Qwairy Documentation

Shared Links let you generate public URLs for dashboard views — useful for sharing reports with clients, stakeholders, or team members who don’t have a Qwairy account. Navigate to Workspace > Shared Links to manage them.

Shared Links Table

Column	Description
Name / Type	Link name and share type badge
Details	Filters applied or snapshot referenced
Created By	User who created the link
Created	Creation date
Expires	Expiration date or “Never”
Views	View count and last viewed timestamp
Status	Active, Expired, or Revoked

Type	Description
Overview	Interactive dashboard with filters
Brand Perception	Brand perception snapshot
GEO Matrix	GEO Matrix snapshot
Competitors	Competitor comparison snapshot
Prompt Signals	Prompt signals snapshot

Filtering

Use the filter bar to narrow by:

Search — filter by name or creator
Status — All, Active, Expired, Revoked
Type — Overview, Brand Perception, GEO Matrix, Competitors, Prompt Signals

Actions

Action	Description
Copy link	Copy the public URL to clipboard
Open	Open the shared link in a new tab
Edit expiration	Change the expiry date (active shares only)
Revoke	Permanently disable the link

Revoking a shared link is permanent. Anyone with the URL will no longer be able to view it.
