Troubleshooting

To delete a prompt in Qwairy:
  1. Navigate to the Prompts section of your workspace.
  2. Find the prompt you want to delete in the list.
  3. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to the prompt. Delete prompt menu
  4. Select “Delete Prompt” from the dropdown.
  5. Confirm your action when prompted.
🚨 Note: Deleting a prompt will remove all associated responses and analytics tied to it — this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
To delete a topic in Qwairy:
  1. Go to the Topics & Tags section from the left-hand menu.
  2. Find the topic you want to remove in the list. Topic list with delete option
  3. On the far right of that row, click the trash bin icon 🗑️ under the “Actions” column.
  4. Confirm the deletion in the pop-up prompt.
⚠️ Heads-up: Deleting a topic will also remove all associated prompts, responses, and tracking data. This action is irreversible.
When you get to the performance dashboard and see no data, this can happen for different reasons:Empty performance dashboard
  • Your brand is not generated yet
Qwairy generates responses fast but we still need a couple minutes to process your brand once your onboarding is finished.Please have a sip of coffee ☕ and give Qwairy a couple minutes to generate your brands.You can try F5 to see if anything changes.Please note that you should see the “Generating” icon if Qwairy is still working on your brand.Generating indicator
  • You chose the wrong topics
If you are a brand manufacturer and you added only topics about the best surf brand… Your brand will be absent from the results.
  • Your brand is absent from all responses
This is the most common case. Your brand is not considered by any LLMs and consequently Qwairy doesn’t have any results to show you.If you believe there is anything else or a bug on Qwairy, you can contact us directly with the chat on Qwairy.

  1. Go to Team Management → Members or visit: https://www.qwairy.co/dashboard/team/members
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter the email address and select a role
Access levels:
RolePermissions
OwnerFull access including ownership transfer, cannot be removed
ManagerFull access including billing, adding brands, team settings
MemberFull access except billing management
ViewerRead-only access to assigned brands only
  1. Go to Team Management → Billing or visit: https://www.qwairy.co/dashboard/team/billing
  2. Click Upgrade Plan or Buy Credits
  3. Select your desired plan or credit package
  4. Complete the payment through Stripe
Credits are shared across all team members and all brands in your workspace.
  1. Click the brand switcher in the top navigation
  2. Select Add Brand
  3. Enter your website URL
  4. Follow the 5-step onboarding wizard:
    • Review auto-detected topics (up to 5)
    • Select prompts to monitor (up to 50)
    • Configure monitoring frequency and AI models
    • Launch your brand
⚠️ The number of brands you can add depends on your plan. Check your plan limits in Billing.
  1. Go to Strategy → Google Search Console
  2. Click Connect Google Search Console
  3. Sign in with your Google account
  4. Select the property you want to connect
  5. Grant Qwairy read-only access to your data
Once connected, Qwairy will automatically sync your keyword data and show AI-related queries.
  1. Go to Workspace → Monitoring
  2. Find the Monitoring Frequency section
  3. Select your preferred schedule:
    • Daily
    • Weekly
    • Bi-weekly
    • Monthly
💡 Higher frequency = more credits consumed. Choose based on how quickly your market changes.
If your responses are stuck or not generating, check the following:
  • Insufficient credits: Check your credit balance in Team Management → Billing
  • Generation in progress: Look for the “Generating” indicator next to your brand
  • Provider issues: Some AI providers may be temporarily unavailable
  • Rate limits: Wait a few minutes if you’ve triggered many generations
If the issue persists, contact us via the chat on Qwairy.
  1. Go to Workspace → Settings for the brand you want to delete
  2. Scroll to the Danger Zone section
  3. Click Delete Brand
  4. Type the brand name to confirm
  5. Click Delete to confirm
🚨 Warning: Deleting a brand permanently removes all prompts, responses, analytics, and settings. This action cannot be undone.
