Overview
Navigate to Analyze > Perception in the left navigation menu.
Brand Perception analyzes how AI models (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) describe your brand. Monthly snapshots track your perception over time.
Key Metrics

| Sentiment Score | How positively AI models describe your brand | 0-100% |
| Alignment Score | How accurately AI responses reflect your brand identity | 0-100% |
Score Zones
| Score | Zone | Color |

| 70-100 | Strong | Green |

| 0-39 | Needs attention | Red |
Dashboard KPIs
At the top, you’ll see:
- Current Sentiment Score with trend vs previous
- Current Alignment Score with trend vs previous
- Next scheduled analysis date
Score Evolution Chart
Track your scores over time with:
- Sentiment line (green)
- Alignment line (blue)
- Average indicators
- Best month highlight
- Zone backgrounds (green/yellow/red)

Table showing all snapshots:

When you click a completed snapshot, you access the full analysis:
Score Cards
At the top, see the Sentiment Score and Alignment Score for the current view.
Provider Tabs
Switch between:
- Overview — Aggregated results across all AI providers
- Individual providers — Results from ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.
Convergence & Divergence (Overview only)

Spider chart showing scores across 10 business dimensions. Each theme includes:
- Score (0-100%)
- Sentiment (positive, neutral, negative)

Brand Attributes Alignment
Your configured attributes with alignment status:

| Missing | Red | AI doesn’t recognize this attribute |
SWOT Analysis
Key insights organized by category:

Each insight shows impact level (High, Medium, Low) and related theme.
Toggle between compact (2x2 grid) and detailed (table) views.
AI Responses (Provider tabs only)
Table of all prompts sent to the AI provider:

Brand Attributes
Before running an analysis, configure your brand attributes. These define what your brand identity should be.
- Minimum 5 attributes required
- Click Edit Attributes to configure
- Attributes are compared against AI descriptions
How It Works
- Qwairy sends prompts about your brand to multiple AI providers
- Each provider generates responses describing your brand
- Responses are analyzed for sentiment (positive/negative tone)
- Responses are compared to your brand attributes for alignment
- Scores are aggregated into monthly snapshots
