Viewers are team members with read-only access to specific brands. They can view dashboards and reports but cannot modify settings, prompts, or monitoring configuration.
Navigate to Workspace > Viewers to manage them.
Only team members with the Manager role or above can access the Viewers page.
Use a Viewer for read-only, brand-scoped access within your organization. To give a client full, hands-on management of a single brand in an isolated team, transfer the workspace into a sub-team instead. See Virtual Teams.
Active Viewers
The table shows all team members with Viewer access to this brand:

Pending Invitations
A separate table shows viewer invitations that have been sent but not yet accepted:

Adding a Viewer
Click Add Viewer to open the dialog with two options:
Invite New
Enter an email address to send a viewer invitation. The recipient will receive an email with a link to join.
Grant Existing
Select from existing team members who do not yet have access to this brand. Access is granted immediately.
Removing a Viewer
Click Remove on any active viewer to revoke their access to this brand. They retain access to any other brands they were granted.
