Personas define your target audience profiles. They provide context when Qwairy generates content through Content Studio — ensuring the tone, depth, and focus match who you’re writing for. Navigate to Workspace > Personas to manage them.

Personas Table

The table lists all personas with edit and delete actions on each row.

Creating a Persona

Click Add Persona to open the persona builder. Define attributes such as:
  • Name — A label for the persona (e.g., “Enterprise IT Buyer”)
  • Description — Background, goals, pain points, and decision criteria
  • Demographic details — Role, industry, company size, experience level

Editing a Persona

Click the edit icon to reopen the persona builder with pre-filled data. Update any field and save.

Deleting a Persona

Click the delete icon and confirm. Content previously generated with this persona is not affected.

How Personas Are Used

When you create content in Strategy > Content Studio, you can select a persona. The generated brief and article will be tailored to that audience — adjusting language complexity, use-case examples, and value propositions accordingly.
