# Workspaces

> List your workspaces with their market, engines, schedule, last run, and monthly credits, then create, group, archive, reactivate, or delete them.

A workspace monitors one brand with its own prompts, models, countries, and data. Open **Workspaces** in the sidebar to see every workspace of the current team.

## Read the list

The **Active** tab lists each workspace with its **Market**, **Prompts**, **Engines**, **Schedule**, **Last run**, and **Credits / mo**. **Last run** is the latest scheduled collection, including the initial setup; manual runs are excluded. **Credits / mo** is the estimated monthly monitoring cost, and the page header shows the total estimate. Workspaces that need attention are flagged. Search to find a workspace by name.

The **Drafts** tab lists workspaces whose onboarding is not finished. A draft reopens on the furthest step it saved. The **Archived** tab lists archived workspaces.

## Create a workspace

Select **Create workspace** to start the [onboarding wizard](/documentation/get-started/quickstart), or use **New workspace** in the workspace switcher. When every workspace slot of your plan is in use, add workspaces or upgrade from [Billing](/documentation/team/billing).

## Organize workspaces

Open a row's actions to open the workspace dashboard, its settings, or its access management. You can also move a workspace to a group, remove it from a group, or manage groups. Groups organize the workspace switcher; ungrouped workspaces appear separately.

## Archive and reactivate

Managers and Owners of an agency team on a paid plan can archive a workspace from its row menu or from **Workspace Settings > Configuration**. On other teams, archiving is available only while the team has more active workspaces than its plan includes, so it can choose which ones stay active. Archiving frees one workspace slot: archived workspaces do not count toward your plan.

| Paused while archived | Kept |
| - | - |
| Scheduled monitoring and weekly reports | Prompts, answers, and history |
| Shared links, REST API, Looker Studio, and MCP access | Settings, engines, and integrations |
| Crawler Analytics log collection | |

To reactivate a workspace, open the **Archived** tab when a slot is available. The workspace returns with its prompts, history, and previous monitoring settings, and monitoring resumes on its next scheduled run.

<Warning>
  Crawler logs sent while a workspace is archived are not stored. Cloudflare disables a Logpush job after 24 hours without a successful delivery, so re-enable the job in Cloudflare after reactivating the workspace.
</Warning>

## Delete a workspace

Only Owners can delete an active or archived workspace. Managers can also delete a draft. Deletion permanently removes its prompts, answers, sources, and history, and frees its slot. Type the workspace name to confirm. Archive the workspace instead if you may need its data again.
