# Prompts

> Add, edit, organize, and bulk-manage the monitoring prompts that Qwairy tracks across AI platforms.

Prompts are the natural-language questions Qwairy sends to AI platforms during each monitoring run. Every prompt becomes a visibility checkpoint — Qwairy checks whether your brand appears in the response, at what position, with what sentiment, and alongside which competitors.

Navigate to **Workspace > Prompts** to manage them.

## Prompts Table

The table lists every prompt in your brand workspace with sortable columns:

| Column      | Description                             |
| ----------- | --------------------------------------- |
| **Prompt**  | The question text                       |
| **Topic**   | Associated topic                        |
| **Tags**    | Color-coded tags assigned to the prompt |
| **Funnel**  | TOFU, MOFU, or BOFU                     |
| **Created** | Date the prompt was added               |

Click any column header to sort. Use the checkbox column to select prompts for bulk actions.

## Adding Prompts

### Manual

Click **Add Prompt** and fill in the question text, topic, funnel stage, and optional tags.

### AI-Generated

Click **Generate Prompts** to open the prompt generator. Qwairy analyzes your brand, topics, and existing prompts to suggest new questions. You can review and selectively add them.

  Each prompt costs credits when it runs during a monitoring cycle. The total cost depends on the number of prompts × the number of selected AI models.

## Editing Prompts

Click a prompt row to edit its text, topic, funnel stage, or tags inline.

## Bulk Actions

Select multiple prompts using the checkboxes, then use the bulk action bar:

| Action           | Description                                     |
| ---------------- | ----------------------------------------------- |
| **Delete**       | Remove selected prompts (with confirmation)     |
| **Assign Tags**  | Add or remove tags from selected prompts        |
| **Assign Topic** | Change the topic for selected prompts           |
| **Regenerate**   | Re-run selected prompts with specific AI models |

## Filtering

Use the filter bar to narrow the table by topic, tag, funnel stage, or search text. Active filters appear as badges — click the X to clear them.

## Pagination

50 prompts per page by default. Navigate pages using the pagination controls at the bottom.

  Deleting a prompt also removes all associated answers and historical data. This cannot be undone.
