# Piwik PRO

> Connect Piwik PRO, the privacy-first analytics platform, to track human traffic and revenue from AI platforms while keeping data ownership and GDPR compliance.

Piwik PRO is a privacy-first, GDPR-native analytics platform with no data sampling and full data ownership. Connecting it lets Qwairy track the visitors and revenue that AI platforms send to your site - a fit for teams with strict privacy or EU data-residency requirements. The Qwairy views are identical whichever provider you connect.

Once connected, Piwik PRO powers [Referrer Analytics](/documentation/measure/referrer-analytics) and [AI Revenue](/documentation/measure/ai-revenue).

## How to Connect Piwik PRO

1. **Go to Measure → Referrer Analytics** in the left navigation menu and choose **Piwik PRO** as the provider.
2. Enter your **account address** (the part before `.piwik.pro`), your **Client ID** and your **Client Secret**.
3. Select the **site** you want to track.
4. Once connected, Qwairy imports your traffic and revenue data automatically.

  Generate your API credentials in Piwik PRO: click your **profile** (top right) → **API keys** → **Create a key**. Copy the Client ID and Client Secret - the secret is shown only once. Your credentials are stored encrypted.

## AI Revenue Requirements

  AI Revenue is available on the **Growth** and **Business** plans and requires **ecommerce tracking** configured on your Piwik PRO site. Without ecommerce events, Referrer Analytics still works; the AI Revenue page will indicate that ecommerce data has not been detected yet.

Piwik PRO gives you AI-traffic analytics without third-party data sharing or sampling, while keeping the data under your control. It is a strong fit when GA4 is not an option for privacy, residency or governance reasons.
